Where do you ship to?
We offer free shipping to UK and don't ship to Northern Ireland. For other countries, please send us an email at contact@fengepro.com or submit our contact us form.
Do you have local warehouses?
Yes, we rent one warehouse in the UK.
How quickly will my package arrive?
Orders are normally shipped within 1 business days from our local warehouse. And the estimated delivery time is 1-3 business days.
Do I pay for shipping？
No. We offer free shipping to UK (Exclude Northern Ireland).

Yes, All Fenge order(s) can be free to return for product quality problems within 30 days of date of purchase (return period).

Warranty
How long is the warranty on the standing desk?
All series desktop has a one-year limited warranty. And the desk motor has five years limited warranty.
How do I get a warranty?
